- Update Window interface in types.ts to include SelectRecipe method
- Change chrome and webview to optional properties (chrome?, webview?)
- Add non-null assertions (!) to all window.chrome.webview accesses
- Remove LoadRecipe (replaced with SelectRecipe)
- Fix TypeScript strict null checking errors
